Where East Meets West
A studio built for Mahjong, from your very first tile to your hundredth game.
Green Dragon Mahjong Studio is a home for players of every level. Learn the game in a small class, sharpen your skills at open play, or gather a group for a private party or fundraiser. Every session is three hours, booking is easy, and there's always room at the table.
Ways to Play
At Green Dragon, we'll teach you the tiles, seat you at the table, and keep the game moving, so all you have to do is play.
Small Group Classes
New to the game or ready to level up? Our Mahjong 101 and 102 classes keep things small, with just three students per table, so your instructor can see every rack and answer every question. You'll learn the tiles, the Charleston, and how to read the card, then build the strategy to play with confidence.
Open Play
Already know the game? Book a three-hour session and play. Choose an automatic table that shuffles the tiles and builds the wall for you, or a traditional table for the classic hands-on experience. Every table seats four, and snacks and drinks are available in the studio.
Hosting and Fundraising
Bring your people to the table. Celebrate a birthday, host a bridal shower, or plan a team outing. We'll set the tables and teach beginners as we go. Raising money for a school, church, or nonprofit? A mahjong play day is a warm, memorable way to bring supporters together for a good cause.
